Pricing questions.
What is it?
A handwritten-mail service. We address each envelope with a real pen, put your printed insert inside, add a real stamp, and mail it. $1.90 per envelope, all-in.
Is it really handwritten?
Yes, in the physical sense: a machine holds a real pen and writes on the paper. The handwriting comes from fonts built from real people’s handwriting, not computer fonts, so the ink pressure and letterforms look like a person wrote them.
What do I send?
A CSV with each recipient’s name and address, plus your printed insert. That is what goes inside the envelope.
How long does it take?
We’ll confirm timing at signup, once we know your volume.
Can I use my own insert?
Yes. Ship us your printed flyers, letters or postcards and we stuff them. No insert yet? Send us the design and we can print it for the job, or swap the insert for a handwritten card.
What happens after the pilot?
We review how it went with you and talk through next steps. The regular price is $1.90 per envelope, all-in. CSV works today; the API and the Claude, ChatGPT, Clay and Instantly connections are in early access for pilot customers.
What does postage cost?
It is included. $1.90 per envelope ($1.70 in the pilot) covers the handwriting, a real First-Class stamp, stuffing your insert, and mailing. Postage is at today’s First-Class rate; if USPS changes it, so do we.
Can you write letters or postcards?
Ask us. Each note can be personalized to the person it goes to.
Can I start smaller than the pilot?
Yes. Monthly plans start at 250 envelopes for $475 ($1.90 each, all-in), then 500 at $1.80 and 1,000 at $1.75. Plans are prepaid and unused envelopes do not roll over. The $1.70 pilot is a one-time 1,000-envelope order.
How much is a handwritten card?
It is $1.00 more per piece on any plan: $2.90 on Starter down to $2.75 on Pro. That covers the card, your note written inside in real pen, the hand-addressed envelope and the stamp. Pick Classic, Modern or Executive.
Can I send one envelope at a time?
Yes, on a monthly plan. Send the whole month in one batch, or one at a time from Clay, Instantly, your CRM or Claude as leads come in.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Pilot customers get a free 25-piece sample stack before the full 1,000.
How will I know it worked?
Each job gets a unique tracking link or QR code, and we can add a call-tracking number if you want one.
